Located on the Mornington Peninsula, Port Phillip Automotive has been part of the local community for over 15 years, offering servicing, maintenance and repairs for all cars, 4wd, utes and vehicles.
Family owned and operated by Harriet & Chris, we have grown up in the area and have a very strong understanding of what the community is looking for in a local mechanical business. We have worked hard to help our clients with all of their mechanical needs setting very high standards and aiming to deliver a service that goes above and beyond.
Our team of 3 qualified mechanics have gained vast experience and knowledge with all makes and models. We have a combined 40 years of mechanical experience where no vehicle issue is too big or small.
Log Book Servicing
Servicing your car at the recommended intervals is critical to ensuring its longevity, optimum performance, and potentially discovering any mechanical issues.
Port Phillip Automotive provides logbook servicing for all makes and models where the service is conducted by qualified mechanics. We only use quality oils, filters and lubrication from world leading brands such as Penrite and Ryco.
If your car is under a manufacturer’s new car warranty, you are in good hands as our logbook servicing will not void your warranty.

My Nissan Patrol kept having engine check light come on and it would constantly go into limp mode. The car had logged several codes and Nissan told me that the car would cost approx $6000 to repair. I got a second opinion through Chris, and within 3-4 minutes he found my supposed $6000 issue, it turns it out was a loose fuel line and it was a simple fix with a $1 hose clamp. Very happy with the outcome!
